B&C Exterior Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides exterior property cleanup services including but not limited to junk removal, yard cleanup, gutter cleaning, storm/tree debris removal, and power washing in the East Longmeadow, MA area and surrounding Pioneer Valley region.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual job conditions differ from what was described or shown. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon on-site inspection.
Our minimum service charge is $400 per visit. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on scheduled dates, but timing may be affected by weather, equipment availability, or other factors beyond our control. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. You are responsible for identifying any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.
We are fully insured for general liability. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Debris and materials removed will be disposed of or recycled in accordance with local regulations. We do not accept hazardous materials including but not limited to: asbestos, chemicals, paint, medical waste, or other regulated substances.
